At Blind Smart we are committed to delivering our custom window coverings to your doorstep in perfect condition. Because each order is custom-manufactured to your precise measurements, our shipping process includes time for fabrication and quality inspection.
1. Order Cut-off Time

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).

Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the following business day.
2. Processing & Handling Time (Custom Fabrication)

Handling Time: 3 – 5 business days (Monday to Friday).

During this period, your blinds, shades, or shutters are custom-cut, assembled, and undergo a rigorous quality check before being packaged for shipment.
3. Transit Time & Shipping Carriers
Once your order has been crafted and leaves our facility, the estimated delivery time is:

Transit Time: 5 – 8 business days (Monday to Friday).

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 – 13 business days.

We primarily use trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ensure your custom products arrive safely.
4. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Free on all orders.

No Minimum Purchase: Whether you order one set of blinds or shutters for your entire home, shipping is always on us.

No Hidden Fees: The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay via PayPal.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.

Note: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the size and weight of our custom window treatments.
7. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document the damage with photos before opening and contact us at support@blindsmartofyuma.com within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your custom product is replaced if necessary.
8. Address Corrections
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout (and matches your PayPal confirmed address). If you need to make a correction, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an item has shipped, we cannot redirect the package.
